Our clients approached us to help finish up several interior projects in their home including a beautiful living room with lots of natural light and opportunities to lean in to the era of which modern home evoked. This modern bungalow had been completely remodeled including a second story addition. Our clients were eager to make it their own with new furnishings and art. We added additional seating with an extended sofa and upholstered ottomans. We complimented their existing leather chairs with a leather lounger and ottoman an that all agree is one of the best seats in the house. It is not only beautiful but incredibly comfortable as well. The space is anchored with a beautiful hand knotted rug in rich colors from their teal and rust palette. The new credenza is crafted from metal and brings in more rust tones. The fireplace got a serious upgrade with this beautiful green tile reminiscent of the craftsman era. This design was a wonderful mix both his and her tastes - some more traditional elements blended well with his love of modern design. We loved working with this sweet couple and can't wait to hear about all the entertaining they will do with friends and family and see how they continue to add to the space over time.
